The order process in the "My Burger" app was easy and the burger was very tasty and everything was arranged to my satisfaction, including the package with napkins and a straw. The staff was very responsive and alert and the whole process of ordering and picking up smooth and professional. I enjoyed the turkey burger, and it was especially flavorful and tender, compared with some dry versions of the same burger. The temperature and freshness of the food both were good. Thanks!

This place is Awesome! Had really good burgers and fries, and nice atmosphere. Great customer service as the person working at the cashier checked on us about our food and took our trays out of the way, which is pretty awesome since places like these just give you your food and go. Overall, 5 stars, would come back here again!
First time at West Bde Maka Ska location - and I’d go back in heartbeat! I had chosen a 7:20pm pick up - arrived early, the crew was friendly and they got right making it as soon as I said my name. Such great service- was out of there before my chosen pickup time with great burgers, fries and a strawberry shake! My Burger is one of the only burgers I will takeaway as it’s just as delicious after a ride home (7-12 mins) as it is eating right in the restaurant! Such consistency from a quality standpoint! So delicious!
We came here today, 4/19/25, in the evening around 540pm. There's plenty of parking in their lot, specific parking signs for My Burger. The cashier was super helpful in our order, nice and offered to use our 5 coupon off. The worker even came by to ask us how our meal was . Very good workers here! We've never had a bad experience here! We have been here several times and the staff has always been friendly. There's Designated parking in the back and up front. They now have an app and I'm pretty sure everyone gets 5 on the app, when you first sign up! Our usual:My husband and I share the double cheeseburger, add bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and the garlic mayo. No basil mayo. Then we split it! The employees offer to split it for us, but we split it unusual so we just say we'll do it ourselves! Because I don't eat the bun, I make mine into a salad, while my husband eats the bun like a burger. Cost: about 16. No pop. Enjoy all my photos!
Wonderful experience every time I order from MyBurger Uptown. Today was extra amazing-I ordered pickup for 12:30, assuming I would leave work on time. I was 40 minutes late. They remade my food to have it fresh! It was so kind and thoughtful!
I absolutely love this place. The burgers are so fun with some delicious sauces at the condiment bar to try. Their French fries are absolutely delicious as well! The atmosphere is fun and clean. I’ve been here a few times and have never had a bad experience. Oh and let’s not forget their shakes! Yummy!
